  • The abstracts must not exceed 2000 characters (including spaces)

  • The abstracts should be composed following the classical structure: introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion

  • Graphics, tables, figures and references cannot be included

  • Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears

Main Recommendations

  • Abstracts must be received by the 31 March 2025 deadline. Abstracts received after the extended deadline will not be considered

  • Abstracts must be submitted online via the website. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted

  • The number of oral presentations is limited. The Scientific Committee will make the final decision on the acceptance of the abstract for presentation and will notify the presenting author of their decision by mid-April 2025. The abstracts not selected for oral presentation will be reassigned to poster sessions.

  • The presenting author must be a registered participant. Please note that the presenting author is not automatically registered by submitting an abstract. Regular registration is obligatory and binding and implies payment of the registration fee. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation and included for the abstract publication Register here

  • Each registered participant should submit no more than 1 abstract as presenting author. There is no limitation on the number of times one person may be a co-author for abstracts

  • With the submission of an abstract you agree for the abstract to be published in the official meeting publications

  • The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are informed of the abstract's content and have agreed to its submission prior to submission
